A weekend of self-care practices as vehicles for being in the flow of yoga–that place, moment, experience when our deepest sense of self, manifests in what we do. Yoga asana of various genres, pranayama and therapy ball play are our tools; community, laughter, grace and grit our medium.

BEA DOYLE, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, is a Functional Yoga Educator and Yoga Therapist. Her workshops and trainings foster a playful, focused and supportive environment for learning, and empower her students to step into their personal journey, be it for self-care or for sharing yoga’s healing gifts with others. Her enthusiasm for health, her belief that everything is "figure-outable," and her commitment to service are her abiding whys for teaching. She holds certifications in Anusara Yoga, Yoga Tune Up® Fitness Therapy, the Roll Model Method®, and is a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

The weekend Body of Bliss workshop in Albuquerque with Bea was AMAZING!  I still glow from
