Develop your sense of touch plus enhance the therapeutic nature of hands-on adjustments by unpacking the WHY, WHEN and HOW for each. Sessions include a warm-up practice, basic anatomy review, and ample time for practicing adjustments. Sunday’s session is devoted to your self-care with the bonus of learning myofascial release techniques using Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls and the Roll Model Method®.
