Optimal performance in this area of the body, the chest, shoulders and upper back, depends on sound biomechanics, pliable yet strong muscles, joint mobility and stability. For the racket sports, climbers and ball players, increase range in the shoulders and upper back, plus address common imbalances in sports that require a high level of function from the upper body.
