Body of Bliss™ – Living Gracefully with Life’s Constant of Change

How do we live gracefully with life’s constant of change? Although we’re fortunate to have many avenues in this 21st Century for skillful living, I find that working with the physical body is a gateway in to the inner landscapes of our mind and soul. Here we navigate life’s ever changing nature with more self-awareness and an increased ability to be in the present moment. Join me for a weekend of Body of Bliss™ yoga and functional movement workshops at Bhava. This weekend is suitable for yoga teachers, teacher trainers and life-long learners of yoga.
This weekend will be grounded in soothing self-care, the playfulness of outside-the-box yoga postures and functional movement, and the curiosity of the mind. Come to replenish, come to learn, come to play, come to be in the community of the heart.
